Payment Stuck: If your payment has been completed but the service or plan has not been activated within 24 hour.
Subscription Not Activated Within 24 Hours: If you purchased a subscription and it is not activated within 24 hours.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@deepvexa.top or fill out the contact form. Once your request is verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your subscription anytime before it is activated.
Once the service is activated, cancellations are not possible. However, you can disable auto-renewal after the current plan ends.
Note: Refunds are only granted for eligible cases after verification.
